Data released so far -

  • Australia - RBA released minutes of meeting.
  • Japan - Leading economic index dropped to 104.8 from 105 prior in February. Coincident index dropped to 110.7 from 113.2 prior.

Upcoming -

  • Germany - Zew survey for Economic sentiment and current condition to be released at 9:00 GMT. Improved dockets could push bund yields lower and DAX higher.
  • Euro zone - Zew economic sentiment to be released at 9:00 GMT. Prior was 62.4, improvement would boost sentiment for stocks.
  • Canada - Wholesale sales statistics to be released at 12:30 GMT.
  • US - Redbook index is scheduled for release at 12:55 GMT.
  • Japan - Trade balance statistics to be published at 23:50 GMT.
  • Auction - US will auction 1 month bills around 15:30 GMT. UK will auction 30 year bond today.
