  • China - Conference board leading economic index improved to 1.1 in April from 0.2.

  • Germany - Germany will declare first quarter GDP growth at 6:00 GMT, followed by IFO business climate at 8:00 GMT.
  • France - France will release business climate report for May at 6:45 GMT.
  • Italy - Italy will release industrial orders and sales for March at 8:00 GMT, followed by retail sales at 9:00 GMT.

  • Canada - Lot of economic dockets to be released today. Both consumer price index and retail sales for month of April is scheduled at 12:30 GMT.
  • Japan - Bank of Japan (BOJ) governor Kuroda is scheduled to speak at 13:30 GMT.
