- Australia - Westpac leading index rose 0.1% m/m in April. Construction work done for the first quarter dropped by -2.4%, beating the estimate to downside.
- Germany - GFK consumer confidence improved further to 10.2 from prior 10.1.
- Switzerland - UBS consumption indicator dropped to 1.25 in April, from 1.34 prior.
- France - Consumer confidence dropped to 93 in May from 94 prior.

- US - Low key economic releases are scheduled from US. MBA mortgage application at 11:00 GMT, followed by Redbook index at 12:55 GMT.
- Canada - Bank of Canada (BOC) will announce monetary policy decisions at 14:00 GMT.
- Japan - Japan will release statistics on retail trade and foreign investment positions at 23:50 GMT.
- Auctions - Germany will auction 30 year bond today. US will auction 1 year and 5 year bond at 15:30 GMT and 17:30 GMT.
