Data released so far -

  • Australia - ANZ job advertisement grew 1% in August, after -0.5% drop in July.
  • Japan - Preliminary reading showed coincident index dropped to 112.2 from 112.3 and leading economic index dropped to 104.9 from 106.5.
  • Germany - Industrial production rose by 0.7% in July, compared to -0.9% drop prior.
  • Switzerland - Forex reserve jumped to 540 billion in August from 531 billion in July.
  • Euro Zone - Sentix investor confidence dropped sharply to 13.6 from 18.4 prior.

Upcoming -

  • New Zealand - Manufacturing sales to be released at 22:45 GMT.
  • UK - BRC shop price index to be released at 23:00 GMT.
  • Japan - Trade balance and second quarter GDP to be released at 23:50 GMT, along with bank lending for August.
