- Australia - Consumer inflation expectations dropped to 3.2% for September from 3.7% in August. Unemployment rate dropped to 6.2% from 6.3% as net employment rose by 17,400 in August.
- China - Consumer price index rose to 2% in August, while producer price index dropped by -5.9% on yearly basis.
- France - Non-farm payrolls rose by 0.2% in second quarter on quarterly basis. Industrial output dropped by -0.8% in July.
- Spain - Industrial output rose by 5.2% in July.
- UK - House prices rose by 2.7% in August in August, up 9% for three months to August.

- Greece - Unemployment rate to be released at 9:00 GMT.
- Portugal - Consumer price index to be released today.
- UK - Bank of England to announce monetary policy decision at 11:00 GMT along with minutes of meeting.
- US - Initial jobless claims to be released at 12:30 GMT, along with export/import price index. EIA will release natural gas weekly report at 14:30 GMT, followed by Crude oil inventory report at 15:00 GMT.
- Canada - New house price index to be released at 12:30 GMT.
- New Zealand - Business PMI to be released at 22:30 GMT, followed by Food price index at 22:45 GMT.
- Japan - BSI large manufacturing index to be released at 23:50 GMT.
- Auctions - US will auction 30 year note at 17:00 GMT.
