- Japan - Industrial production contracted by -0.8% in July from June. Tertiary industry index grew by 0.2% in July from June.
- Switzerland - Producer and import prices are down -6.8% in August from a year ago, compared to -6.4% in July.
- Italy - Consumer price index dropped by -0.1% in August, up 0.4% from a year ago.

- Euro Zone - Industrial production for July to be released at 9:00 GMT. In June production contracted by -0.4%.
- Auction - US will auction 3 month and 6 month bills at 15:30 GMT.
