- Euro Zone - Consumer price index for August to be released at 9:00 GMT, along with labour costs for second quarter.
- Switzerland - ZEW survey for expectations to be released at 9:00 GMT.
- US - MBA mortgage applications to be released at 11:00 GMT. Consumer price index to be released at 12:30 GMT, followed by NAHB house price index at 14:00 GMT and total TIC flows at 20:00 GMT. EIA will release weekly crude oil report at 14:30 GMT.
- Canada - Manufacturing shipments to be released at 12:30 GMT, along with portfolio investment statistics both domestic and foreign.
- New Zealand - GDP for second quarter to be released at 22:45 GMT.
- Japan - Trade balance details to be released at 23:50 GMT.
- Auction - Germany will auction 30 year bond, while UK will auction 10 year bond.
