Effingham, IL, May 07, 2018 -- Heartland Dental, the largest dental support organization in the country, unveiled its newest supported initiative, Launch. This all-expenses-paid leadership summit for 2019 and 2020 dental student grads will be held from July 12-14 in Chicago, Illinois. The event aims to help new grads develop their leadership skills, network with colleagues and create effective flight plans for the future.

“Over my career, I’ve observed thousands of new grads. It’s been my goal to help them start their careers off on the right foot. With the challenges facing new dentists in today’s industry, that’s not an easy task,” explained Rick Workman, DMD, Founder and Executive Chairman of Heartland Dental. “That’s why Launch was created. We want to help spur their early success with renowned speakers and invaluable experiences they may not receive elsewhere. This is a continuation of our commitment to world-class educational offerings.”
