In an Oct. 13 filing, Hero Motors reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹319.32 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, or Q1 FY27, up from ₹255.74 crore a year earlier. The board approved a proposed cash purchase for about £0.60 million of an additional 39% stake in UK subsidiary Hewland Engineering Limited. If completed, the deal would raise Hero Motors’ stake from 51% to 90%; the company expected completion in about six months.
