Each figure covers its own one-hour window. The readings do not establish Binance’s net USDT movement over the full interval between the dates or form a cumulative total.
An earlier EconoTimes report on Binance’s hourly USDT flow recorded a 48.482 million USDT net inflow and separately noted a 244 million USDT outflow over 24 hours. Those figures covered different measurement windows.
