HyperliquidPC has backed proposed crypto rules from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a comment letter with five recommendations, adding its views to debate over how issuers could raise capital through token offerings.

The plan, called Regulation Crypto Assets, was proposed Aug. 18. It includes a startup exemption that would let eligible issuers raise up to $5 million over four years. A separate exemption would permit no more than $20 million under Tier 1 or $75 million under Tier 2 within a 12-month period.

The SEC still lists Regulation Crypto Assets as proposed after the Oct. 20 comment deadline.
