Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) estimated preliminary third-quarter revenue at about $40 million, a 64% year-over-year increase as defense, crane operations and lending and trading contributed higher revenue.
The estimate covers the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, and compares with $24.3 million in the same quarter of 2025. Hyperscale Data said lower revenue from Bitcoin (BTC) mining partly offset the gains. It did not quantify the mining decline or give a separate revenue figure for AI data-center services.
Defense revenue was estimated at $12.4 million, versus $1.7 million a year earlier. The company linked the increase to Gresham Worldwide, Inc. being included in consolidated results after its reconsolidation. Hyperscale Data’s June 2026 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission says the acquisition and reconsolidation were completed Nov. 28, 2025, after the comparison quarter had ended.
Crane operations brought in about $12.2 million, up 26% from $9.7 million. Lending and trading revenue was approximately $4.7 million, compared with approximately $0.1 million a year earlier; the company said this category included investment gains, interest income and dividend income. Other revenue rose 57% to about $1.4 million from $0.9 million, including software that supports blockchain network operations.
The company described the $40 million figure as management’s current estimate. It has not been audited or reviewed by an independent auditor, and the final result could change after quarter-end closing procedures and review. Chief Executive Officer William B. Horne said, “We are encouraged by the contributions across our portfolio.”
