INVO Fertility announced Thursday, Nov. 5, that it had partnered with PatientFi to offer financing to patients at participating clinics, giving approved applicants a way to spread eligible fertility-care costs over monthly payments.

The program covers treatment, medications, testing, out-of-pocket costs and other eligible expenses. Applicants may qualify for up to $60,000, subject to credit approval and loan terms. The announcement did not name the lender for this program. PatientFi says it works with lending partners, and anyone who accepts a loan must repay it under the loan agreement.

The advertised annual percentage rate starts at 3.99% for applicants with excellent credit who enroll in monthly autopay; actual APR may be higher. The promotional zero-interest offer depends on paying the full balance before the promotional period ends. Borrowers who miss that deadline owe the interest accumulated during the promotion, and repay the remaining loan under the APR in their agreement.

INVO CEO Steve Shum said some patients remain without insurance coverage, although he did not estimate how many. “The financial impact of treatment can feel overwhelming,” Shum said. INVO did not identify which clinics would participate or when the financing would be available at each location.

INVO’s Form 10-Q reported clinic revenue of $2,167,785 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with $1,832,094 in the same period a year earlier. The filing reported an 18% increase, primarily attributed to the addition of the company’s Indiana clinic, and listed four U.S. clinics.
