Dossett brings over 25 years of experience leading high-growth, global companies, including Microsoft, Yahoo!, Demand Media (now Leaf Group), Porch and GOOD Worldwide.

Previously, he spent 18 years in a variety of executive leadership roles with Microsoft before becoming chief revenue officer for Leaf Group, and later head of partnerships and interim CFO for Porch. In addition to his numerous board and advisor roles, he recently joined the North America Advisory Board of the CMO Council, and the Board of Trustees of Seattle Girls' School. He is a committed volunteer and passionate advocate who encourages and fosters women in leadership and provides mentorship to students through the Buerk Center of Entrepreneurship in University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Dossett began mountain climbing at age 40 and has since summited the tallest peak on every continent, including summiting Mt. Everest twice. He leveraged his climbs to raise awareness and funds for the fight against HIV / AIDS. When not working or adventuring, Dossett enjoys time with his wife and six kids.
