The India Cements Limited shares were up 8.77% in an Oct. 21 BSE quote at 3:51 a.m. ET (1:21 p.m. IST), but analysts cited by Mint saw no confirmed reversal of the stock's longer decline.

At 3:51 a.m. ET (07:51 UTC), or 1:21 p.m. IST, a delayed BSE quote carried by Libord Broking showed the shares at ₹319.85. It listed ₹320.30 as the session high up to that point; the quote was an intraday snapshot, not a closing price.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, India Cements posted consolidated net profit of ₹38.82 crore, up from ₹8.81 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations totaled ₹1,142.03 crore, compared with ₹1,117.04 crore in the year-earlier period. Domestic sales volume reached 2.83 million tonnes, a 16.2% increase.

The quoted share price remained below the ₹330–₹335 resistance range identified by Osho Krishan, Angel One's chief manager for technical and derivative research, in a Mint report. Krishan put support at ₹290 and described the stock as being in a longer-term downtrend.

Mint also cited Gaurav Arora, SAHI's head of research, who viewed the rise as a pullback rather than a confirmed reversal. He placed support near ₹285 and said a sustained move above ₹305 would strengthen the recovery case, with ₹330 a more significant threshold.

An Oct. 15 exchange filing set out India Cements' proposed cash investment of up to ₹20.90 crore for a 3.62% stake in Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited. Zenataris is developing a hybrid renewable-power project at Kudligi in Karnataka intended to supply 11 MW to India Cements' plants under a group-captive arrangement.

India Cements said the plan is meant to meet its renewable-energy needs, manage power costs and comply with captive-power rules. The company has not quantified the expected savings. It expects to complete the stake acquisition within 120 days of signing the agreements.
