India’s gold readings diverged Tuesday: FXStreet and All India Bullion showed declines, Goodreturns posted a gain and Khaleej Times held steady, with the figures tracking different measures.

At 11:35:38 p.m. ET Monday (04:35:38 UTC Tuesday), FXStreet listed an indicative estimate of ₹11,956.81 per gram, down ₹62.29, or about 0.52%, from its prior reading of ₹12,019.10. FXStreet says it derives the estimate from international gold prices and the dollar-rupee exchange rate. Its table does not state the gold’s purity, and the outlet cautions that local rates can differ from its reference.

All India Bullion recorded its 999 (24K) benchmark at ₹141,360 per 10 grams at 4:30 p.m. ET Monday (03:00 IST Tuesday), down ₹109 from its previous fix of ₹141,469. The benchmark operator describes the figure as a reference fix recorded in Mumbai and says local dealer premiums can make prices vary between cities.

Goodreturns listed 24K gold at ₹13,964 per gram on Nov. 3, up ₹27 from Nov. 2. Khaleej Times showed ₹13,936 per gram for both Nov. 3 and Nov. 2. The India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) rate page showed “Rates will be uploaded soon” in its Nov. 3 AM/PM section, while its latest dated rows were from Nov. 2.

The figures do not establish one national selling price or a single direction of movement. The sources do not provide a common methodology and matching timestamps for direct comparison. FXStreet’s table also listed ₹119,556.40 per 10 grams, ₹11.70 below the ₹119,568.10 implied by multiplying its per-gram estimate by 10; FXStreet did not explain the difference. The available readings do not identify a cause for the different daily moves.

EconoTimes previously compared FXStreet’s estimate with Indian gold benchmarks.
