Infortar acquired 1,215 of its own shares on Nasdaq Tallinn over five trading sessions through Oct. 16, giving investors a day-by-day record of its latest purchases in an Oct. 19 announcement.
It bought 247 shares Oct. 12 at a weighted average of €63.9271, 244 on Oct. 13 at €63.9811 and 241 on Oct. 14 at €63.9568. Infortar acquired 240 shares Oct. 15 at €63.9967, then 243 on Oct. 16 at €63.9580.
AS SEB Pank executed and organized the purchases on Infortar’s behalf. The company said the acquisitions were made in accordance with an announcement it disclosed April 20, 2026.
Infortar said it operates across seven countries and owns 68.35% of AS Tallink Grupp and all of AS Elenger Grupp.
