Injective’s network had passed three billion recorded transactions by Oct. 16, the date a Jumper route opened for users to transfer USD Coin (USDC) to the network.
The transfer option operates through LI.FI and Jumper, with Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) handling the cross-chain movement. CCTP burns USDC on the sending blockchain and mints it on the receiving blockchain.
Injective’s mainnet had native USDC and CCTP support starting May 7, when transfers were available across more than 20 blockchains. On Aug. 4, LI.FI added Injective to four services: its API, SDK, Widget and Intents products. Jumper access was still pending at that time.
Injective logged more than 46 million transactions over the 30 days before the three-billion threshold.
The count represents transactions across the network; it does not establish how many individual users were involved or how much dollar value moved.
