The law firm managing attorney highlighted his concerns in a recent interview, stating “All too often we had clients who were overly concerned with getting their vehicle fixed and securing transportation such that they were neglecting their needed medical care. Clients were attempting to handle their vehicle claims on their own because most lawyers take a percentage of the total recovery including any amounts the lawyer recovers for the vehicle, which results in the client not receiving full value for their vehicle. We decided to better serve our community by pioneering a movement to handle vehicle damage claims without charging clients for that service. It was a small way to give back to our community and help injured accident victims receive the medical attention they need in a prompt and timely manner.”
