Lauria will lead the company's efforts to create integrated offerings and joint go-to-market relationships with leading technology providers. IntelePeer’s multi-channel communications platform is trusted by many of the world’s most respected brands to deliver the state-of-the-art customer experience and business communications. In this new role, Lauria will work with technology partners to deliver the next generation of communications and customer experience through integrated artificial intelligence, powerful automation, machine learning, deep insights, IoT, and more. These new offerings will create competitive advantages and new revenue opportunities for IntelePeer’s customers and partners.
