TEMECULA, Calif., May 08, 2017 -- International Endeavors Corporation (OTCBB:IDVV) today announced it has begun working with Stephen Bendorf Construction to complete the redesign of the commercial portion of its 6 acre project.
International Endeavors Corporation acquired the 6 acre property consisting of roughly 3 acres zoned commercial and 3 acres zoned for agriculture in October of 2016 and has been working diligently to formulate and execute a development plan.
Current plans for the commercial portion include a redesign of the current restaurant “County Line Wood Fire Grill” along with expansion of the existing commercial building to include various retail structures. Stephen Bendorf has been retained to assist in the redevelopment and permitting of the restaurant to include a hemp infused edibles kitchen and private wine bottling area for IEC’s upcoming wine products.
Plans for the remainder of the property are forthcoming as we are awaiting final designs.
