Invesco Ltd. reported $35.1 billion in net long-term inflows for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, down from Q2 but above a year earlier, as its adjusted operating margin climbed.
The inflows compared with $45.1 billion in the second quarter and $28.9 billion in Q3 2025. Adjusted operating margin, a non-GAAP measure, reached 40.7%, up from 37.5% in Q2 and 34.2% a year earlier.
Diluted earnings per share were $0.65, compared with $0.76 in Q2 and $0.66 a year earlier. Adjusted diluted EPS, a non-GAAP measure, was $0.72, up from $0.71 in Q2 and $0.61 in Q3 2025. Operating revenue rose 14.2% year over year to $1.873 billion, while net income attributable to Invesco fell 2.3% to $294.5 million.
Invesco reported $41.7 billion in retail net long-term inflows, partly offset by $6.6 billion in institutional net long-term outflows. ETFs and Index recorded $28.5 billion in net long-term inflows; QQQ added $6.7 billion, Multi-Asset/Other $3.3 billion and China JV $1.5 billion. The company said the quarter marked its 13th consecutive quarter of net long-term inflows. Its table showed an annualized long-term organic growth rate of 6.3%; CEO Andrew Schlossberg described the rate as 6% in a statement.
Money-market funds brought in $52.9 billion, and total net flows reached $88.5 billion. Ending assets under management were $2,537.8 billion, up 2.7% from June 30. Invesco said net market losses reduced assets by $26.4 billion, while foreign-exchange movements added $4.5 billion. It attributed investment management fee growth to higher average assets and fees from QQQ after its conversion to an open-end fund ETF in Q4 2025.
Separately, Invesco said it repurchased $1.5 billion in Series A Preferred Stock held by MassMutual on Oct. 26. The company financed the transaction with a five-year floating-rate bank term loan of the same amount and said the repurchase was intended to reduce leverage, improve balance-sheet flexibility and increase earnings available to common shareholders. It did not state the loan’s interest rate or expected interest expense. Repurchases from MassMutual totaled $3 billion over the prior 18 months, leaving $1 billion outstanding.
Invesco’s release scheduled an investor conference call for 9 a.m. ET on Oct. 27.
