JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Series LL preferred stockholders are scheduled to receive $0.289075 per depositary share on Dec. 1, with eligibility determined from the company’s records at the Nov. 2 cutoff.

The distribution corresponds to $115.63 for a complete preferred share. One depositary share represents one four-hundredth of an underlying preferred share.

The qualifying list will be based on JPMorgan’s shareholder records at the end of business on Nov. 2. A July 15 declaration set the same Series LL amount.

Quarterly Series LL payments fall on March 1 and June 1, then Sept. 1 and Dec. 1, payable in arrears when declared. The dividends are noncumulative, so undeclared amounts do not carry forward.
