Jio Platforms Limited’s IPO applicants are expected to learn their allotment after the basis is finalized on or about Oct. 26, with three official portals available for checking results once posted.
The three-day offer closed Oct. 23. Jio Platforms’ IPO documents identify KFin Technologies Limited as the issue registrar and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) as the designated exchange. The shares are proposed to list on NSE and BSE.
On NSE’s IPO verification page, applicants can select “Equity & SME IPO bid details,” choose symbol JPL, enter a PAN or application number and submit. The exchange says its page can show allotment details after the registrar sends the information to NSE.
BSE’s IPO application-status page is another option. Applicants can select Jio Platforms when it appears and follow the page’s prompts. The registrar, KFin, also provides an IPO status portal; applicants can select Jio Platforms when listed and follow its prompts.
Jio’s indicative timetable places the unblocking of funds for unsuccessful applicants or initiation of refunds on or about Oct. 27. Shares are scheduled to be credited to successful applicants’ demat accounts around the same date. Trading on both exchanges is scheduled to begin on or about Oct. 28.
The fresh issue comprises up to 270 million equity shares, with a price band of ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share and a minimum bid lot of 12 shares. Jio’s red herring prospectus lists no offer-for-sale component. The prospectus says Jio plans to use proceeds for debt prepayment at its material subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, and for general corporate purposes.
