About the Lawsuit
KLX and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.
On November 12, 2015, KLX disclosed that it would be forced to recognize an impairment charge of approximately $435 million related to its Energy Services Group.
