“Kevin’s global and local corporate legal experience and track record supporting diverse markets and managing international legal teams will be helpful to Jason as we continue to expand and solidify our presence in new and existing markets,” said Brian Kobylinski, CEO.
Kuznicki’s experience includes a series of domestic and international roles with Adient plc/Johnson Controls International plc, most recently serving as VP & Deputy General Counsel of Adient, the public spin-off of the automotive business unit, managing a team in Wisconsin, Michigan, Brazil, Germany and China. He earned his Juris Doctorate and BA in Political Science and studies in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington.
