LTM Limited declared a ₹25 interim dividend for FY2027 and set Oct. 23 as the record date, with the company saying eligible shareholders would be paid within 30 days.
The dividend equals 2,500% of the shares’ ₹1 face value. Eligibility was based on holders appearing in LTM’s shareholder register or in depository records of beneficial owners on Oct. 23. The company did not specify an exact payment date.
