SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 19, 2017 -- Lever, the recruiting software for more than 1,300 leading companies around the world, today introduces Nurture Recommendations, the latest addition to its breakthrough product, Lever Nurture. Nurture Recommendations intelligently resurface past candidates who fit open jobs, enabling organizations to maximize their existing relationships and kickstart the hiring process.
“With Nurture Recommendations we are eliminating the ‘talent graveyard’ that exists within most ATS’ and tapping into this very valuable, very underutilized candidate pool,” said Lever CEO, Sarah Nahm. “Sourcing candidates often feels like Groundhog Day, with every search starting from scratch. Nurture Recommendations solve this problem by suggesting candidates from within an organization’s rich – and often ignored – archives.”
Today, many organizations have thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of underleveraged past candidates in their database. Lever found only one quarter of all customers’ candidates are in active consideration, with the remaining 75 percent being overlooked or ‘archived’. Despite this, the appetite to re-engage these ignored candidates is high; 95 percent of Lever customers have rediscovered candidates within the past year using its structured data and advanced search.
"We switched to Lever largely because we needed a recruiting system that made it easy to search our large candidate database and take advantage of our warm relationships,” said Graham Pionkowski, Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Bazaarvoice. “We’re thrilled about the addition of Nurture Recommendations, which we anticipate will help us gain greater value from our past recruiting efforts and accelerate hiring.”
Nurture Recommendations intelligently identifies candidates in an organization’s hiring database. Users can refine candidate recommendations based on various criteria including interview scores, stage reached and archive reason.
Once the best candidates have been resurfaced, companies can immediately re-ignite conversations using Nurture Campaigns, which automate and personalize candidate communication.
Lever Nurture offers intelligent recruiting automation and consists of three components for building relationships with top talent: Nurture Campaigns, which engages candidates at scale via personalized email campaigns; Nurture Reports, which tracks and optimizes sourcing activity with powerful analytics; and Nurture Recommendations, which pulls smart recommendations from the pool of past candidates.
The Lever platform is built on a CRM foundation and the company has a proven track record of innovation.
Nurture Recommendations will be rolled out to all Lever Nurture customers this fall. For more information about Lever Nurture, visit https://www.lever.co/nurture, and to request a demo, go to https://www.lever.co/nurture-recommendations-new-signup.
