DALLAS, Sept. 12, 2017 -- Lincoln Property Company, the nation’s second largest multifamily manager, is pleased to announce the hire of James Anderson, Lincoln’s new Regional Vice President of Operations – West.
James is a native of the Pacific Northwest, but has spent his professional career in multi-family operations in Southern California. Involved in property management since 2001, he has held leadership roles in third-party management, owner-operations, as well as in multiple publically traded organizations. Anderson holds two industry designations; Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM.
Scott Wilder, Lincoln Property Company’s Executive Vice President – Residential Management, stated, “We’re excited to have James on our regional leadership team in California and benefit from his industry knowledge and skillset. His experience in leadership and in multifamily is a strategic addition to Lincoln’s team of industry experts.”
James is a United States Air Force veteran, holds a BS in Management from Park University, as well as a MBA in International Marketing from Park University. His strengths are in leadership, team building and the belief that culture is a game changer.
