Lleida.net reported its first quarterly year-over-year sales increase of 2026 after revenue rose 6%, as the Spanish communications company also cut net financial debt by 9% over the quarter.
Revenue reached €4.666 million in the three months through Sept. 30. EBITDA rose 10% to €882,000 and pretax profit increased 15% to €213,000. Lleida.net said the consolidated quarterly results were unaudited.
Registered Electronic Notification revenue rose 16% to €655,000, while Other SaaS advanced 66% to €618,000. The two lines generated €1.273 million, or 27.3% of quarterly revenue, compared with 21.3% a year earlier. The company said each had its strongest third-quarter revenue since 2020.
ICX Wholesale Solutions remained the largest line at €1.645 million after a 1% rise. Its share of sales fell to 35.3% from 37.1%, while Registered Electronic Contracting slipped 3% to €809,000 and SMS Solutions declined 5% to €939,000. ICX has posted higher third-quarter revenue for three straight years after reaching a low of €1.349 million in 2023, the company said.
Lleida.net has described a shift away from high-value wholesale contracts toward a base of thousands of end customers. Founder and CEO Sisco Sapena said the change is beginning to appear in results: “The change in our model towards the end customer is starting to show in the income statement.”
First-half revenue was €9.234 million in 2026, down from €10.134 million in the first half of 2025, according to interim statements that received a limited auditor review. That decline preceded the latest quarter’s year-over-year increase.
Lleida.net says businesses and law firms use Registered Electronic Notification’s certified-email service to document prior negotiation attempts. Spain’s Organic Law 1/2025 requires such attempts to be documented in certain proceedings; relevant provisions took effect April 3, 2025.
Net financial debt was €4.657 million at Sept. 30, a €474,000 reduction during the quarter. Cash and liquid assets totaled €1.132 million.
