A Binance spot snapshot at 7:20 p.m. ET Tuesday (00:20 UTC Wednesday) put Zcash (ZEC) down 2.05% for the preceding hour, while long liquidations outweighed shorts across three exchanges.

At the end of that interval, Binance’s spot ZEC/USDT quote was $1,212, down $25 from $1,237 an hour earlier. The 24-hour comparison at that point showed a 4.89% gain.

Long liquidations totaled $220,000 during the hour across Binance, Bybit and OKX; the comparable short-position figure was $10,000. That put long liquidations $210,000 higher.

The two sets of figures have different scopes: the $1,212 price was a Binance spot quote, while the liquidation amounts combine three venues. CoinGecko/exchange spot data showed ZEC at $1,208.39, up 4.77% over 24 hours as of 7:30 p.m. ET Tuesday (00:30 UTC Wednesday). The 4.89% and 4.77% readings refer to separate 24-hour windows, with checks taken 10 minutes apart.
