Bitcoin (BTC) held for more than 155 days has declined 300,000 BTC since August, though the cohort’s current balance remains above its Dec. 2025 level.

The group’s balance reached about 15.6 million BTC, following roughly 14 million BTC in Dec. 2025. The measure uses a holding period longer than 155 days to define the cohort.

The cohort’s 30-day average reading showed net supply down 195,000 BTC. The calculation counts coins crossing the age threshold alongside those no longer included; the negative result means removals exceeded additions.
