Luotea Plc said Monday that its director of strategy, sustainability and development, Tom Lindgren, plans to leave as the Finnish services company reshapes its management team and reallocates his duties.

Luotea will distribute his portfolio among CEO Antti Niitynpää and the rest of the Group Management Team, the company said. Lindgren, who sits on that team, intends to pursue opportunities elsewhere, Luotea said. The company gave no date for his exit or details about how responsibilities will be allocated.

Niitynpää said Lindgren had contributed to Luotea’s growth and competitive position and helped advance strategic projects. The company said it will streamline the composition of its management team but gave no further details about its membership.

Luotea provides property maintenance, building technology, cleaning and support services in Finland and Sweden. Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, it recorded €346 million in net sales in 2025 and employs about 5,000 people.

Luotea plans to publish its interim report for January through September on Oct. 28.
