MINISO Co., Ltd. is a lifestyle product retailer that offers high-quality household wares, toys, food, cosmetics, and others at affordable prices. It was first launched in China in 2013 and has been expanding its operations overseas since then.
MINISO is now pushing for a more rapid global expansion and as part of this endeavor, the company has recently opened 20 new outlets in the United States. With these new stores, the brand just took a step to have a stronger presence in the American market.
States that Opened MINISO Stores for the First Time
According to DBusiness News, the rapid advancement corresponds with MINISO’s other objective of providing functional, stylish, up-to-date, and high-quality lifestyle products to a diverse group of customers across the country. One of the states that opened its first MINISO store is Michigan and this one is located at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills.
The nine other US states to have the store are Arizona, Oklahoma, Maine, Connecticut, Indiana, Oregon, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Georgia. All of the MINISO shops here will sell various household items, health and beauty products, scent diffusers, perfumes, gadgets or digital products, food, and beverages.
Future Plans: Stepping Up Expansion
MINISO said it has plans to grow its operations further to have a greater footprint while improving its visibility in the region before this year ends. It is targeting two more states and these are New Hampshire and North Carolina as new locations to build new outlets.
"We are excited to see MINISO's rapid growth in the United States, with new stores strategically placed in key states,” MINISO USA’s general manager, Tyrone Li, said in a press release. “Our goal is to make MINISO products easily accessible to consumers across the nation, offering them the trendy and high-quality lifestyle goods that our brand is known for."
She added, "Our store expansion aligns with our dedication to bringing MINISO's trendy and enjoyable products to a wider audience of American consumers."
