FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded ManTech Advanced Systems International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) a prime contract to design, develop, deploy, and provide operational maintenance support for a web-based Enterprise Terminology Tooling Suite (ETTS) and a compatible stand-alone PC-based Terminology Integrated Development Environment (TIDE). Under this contract, ManTech will provide VA with expanded system functionality to meet ongoing interoperability, meaningful use, and other terminology goals to provide improved services to veterans, clinicians, and veteran service providers. The firm-fixed-price contract has a 12-month base period of performance with two 6-month option periods and a potential total value to ManTech of $25.6 million.
