(NYSE:MDLY) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A common stock for the fourth quarter 2015, payable on March 4, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2016.
The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio webcast to review its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, March 18, 2016.
