Mercado Bitcoin published on-chain addresses associated with the security incident.

The published set includes entries for Bitcoin (BTC), TRON, Stellar (XLM), Solana and EVM networks. These destinations give monitors points to check for later movement linked to the incident.

The service suspension followed discovery of a security incident affecting one of the exchange’s systems, according to EconoTimes’ earlier account of the halt. The pause left customers unable to transfer assets onto or off the exchange through those channels. Mercado Bitcoin previously reported that it brought the issue under control and found no customer losses or leaks of customer data.

Hypernative, a blockchain security firm, put the suspicious transfers it flagged across several blockchains at more than $40 million. EconoTimes previously reported that Mercado Bitcoin had not confirmed the amount as a loss.
