She explains, "I was a major account sales rep for IKON office solutions and the skills of cold calling, being able to hear no and not take it personally, and managing the sales process have been the most helpful.  I have also managed large groups of people for national cycling events, so the skills of dealing with many different personalities and giving direction have also been helpful in successfully dealing with customers and staff while being patient."
