Monero’s estimated network hashrate stood within 5% of its January peak on Oct. 26, with CoinWarz listing the daily reading at 7.17 gigahashes per second (GH/s).
That was about 4.9% below the 7.54 GH/s high CoinWarz recorded Jan. 16, 2026. Hashrate is an estimate of the computing power on the network.
Bitcoin fell 0.12% over 24 hours, while Ether rose 0.28% and Zcash gained 1.02% in the same snapshot.
The position dated to Aug. 9, and futures open interest had a dollar value of $198 million at the Oct. 20 close.
An April 6 audit proposal sets out three review phases but gives no date for activating the change on mainnet.
