Morpho has widened peer-to-peer loan orders on supported networks to accept any loan asset, giving users more choice in collateral-backed deals settled through its Midnight protocol.

The expansion broadens the loan-asset choice for P2P Orders. A Morpho product update lists Ethereum, Base, Arc and Robinhood Chain as supported networks, and shows that the orders were available before this change.

Users can set a rate limit and maturity, choose collateral and select a liquidation LTV level. They can then send the offer to a chosen counterparty. If that party accepts, the order settles through Midnight, Morpho’s fixed-rate lending protocol.

The counterparties arrange the order directly, but the resulting positions are recorded through a Midnight market. The lender holds a claim on that market, and the borrower owes its debt to the market.

Morpho’s documentation says the party accepting an offer pays the settlement fee, while lenders bear a continuous fee.

Users seeking custom terms gain more choice over the loan asset. A borrower can face liquidation if collateral no longer meets a market’s requirements or any debt is left after maturity.
