In an Oct. 21 Bitcoin Magazine video interview, JAN3 CEO Samson Mow said Bitcoin (BTC) treasury firms are undervalued as they continue buying across market conditions, and that lower prices favor launching a treasury company or issuing a Bitcoin bond.
Mow said Oct. 21 that lower BTC prices make it a favorable time to establish a treasury company or issue a Bitcoin bond. He also pointed to sovereign interest as another source of competition for Bitcoin.
His valuation argument centered on ongoing purchases: Mow named Strategy and similar firms as companies that continue accumulating BTC through different market conditions. He described corporate buying and sovereign interest as part of competition for the asset’s finite supply.
The comments extend Mow’s view that buyers and available Bitcoin matter when assessing price trends. In earlier EconoTimes coverage of his demand-versus-halving argument, he questioned the four-year halving cycle as a guide to price patterns and cited Bitcoin reaching a record high before the latest halving.
