NEAR Protocol (NEAR) fell 6.98% to $3.74 as of 4:43 a.m. ET (09:43 UTC) Friday, while an earlier Binance snapshot placed it below three shorter-term averages and above its 200-day measure.

CoinGecko and exchange spot data supplied the latest reading. A separate Binance spot observation recorded NEAR at $3.69, with an 8.37% drop across its preceding 24-hour period.

In that Binance snapshot, the seven-day average was $3.97; readings for 20 and 50 days were $4.44 and $4.68. NEAR's $3.69 price was higher than the $2.60 200-day average in the same observation. The averages compare prices with values calculated over set spans, offering short- and long-term reference points rather than a forecast.

The Binance futures market registered open-interest value of $171.3 million in that reading, 10.59% higher than 24 hours before. The increase reflects the dollar value of outstanding open interest; that figure alone does not show whether traders are positioned for a rise or a fall.
