Developers and researchers will be able to buy NVIDIA’s 64GB DGX Spark through six hardware partners from Friday, Oct. 23, at prices starting at $4,999, the company said.
NVIDIA says one unit can run an AI model with as many as 100 billion parameters. The company names developers, researchers and AI enthusiasts as the product’s intended users.
For workloads that exceed one unit’s capacity, a pair can connect directly through a QSFP cable. NVIDIA Sync Cluster Assistant configures the cluster and network, enabling the systems to pool their 128GB of memory and support models of up to 200 billion parameters.
In a test with Qwen 3.8 27B, NVIDIA reported performance up to 1.7 times that of one system from a two-unit setup. NVIDIA presents clustering as a way for users to scale capacity as workloads grow. Acer, ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP and MSI are the manufacturers named for partner availability, which is scheduled for Oct. 23.
