Nautilus Biotechnology, Inc. will report third-quarter 2026 results before U.S. markets open Tuesday, Oct. 27, giving investors a fresh update on revenue and its proteomics development program.
Nautilus announced the schedule Oct. 15. The Seattle-based, development-stage life sciences company is building a platform to quantify the proteome. Its announcement set the report before trading but did not include third-quarter results or an earnings estimate.
ChartMill forecasts quarterly revenue of $210,375, while TradingView estimates $206,250. Both providers project a loss of $0.14 per share. The figures are provider estimates, not company guidance. Their revenue projections are above Nautilus' second-quarter total, and their projected per-share loss is greater than the loss reported for that quarter.
For the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, Nautilus reported revenue of $190,000 and a net loss of $14.469 million, or $0.11 per share, in its results release filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The release said first-quarter 2026 revenue included grant revenue and service sales from the first customer in its Iterative Mapping Early Access Program.
In the second-quarter release, Nautilus said it was redirecting resources to accelerate proteoform applications, citing customer enthusiasm, the opportunity's potential scale and technical performance. The company said it would fund the shift through internal reallocation rather than additional spending.
Nautilus also reported that its assay configuration had not met the specifications for its target of general availability in 2027 for a broadscale consumable kit. It had not set a new commercial timeline for the assay.
Management plans to host a webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 27 to discuss the results, business developments and outlook. Nautilus said live audio will be available through the Investors section of its website.
