Neolix has secured nearly $400 million to expand driverless delivery outside China, with plans to build regional service hubs and further train the artificial intelligence models guiding its vehicles.

The Beijing-based company announced the Series E round Oct. 20. It said the financing brought its total funding above $1.4 billion but did not disclose a valuation. Boyu Capital was among the lead investors. Other participants included Monolith Management, Vertex Growth, Alibaba Group’s AEF NextGen Fund and Granite Asia, as well as existing backers.

Neolix intends to expand its customer fulfillment network as it establishes service hubs in major regional markets. It says further training for its driving models is aimed at improving vehicle safety and performance while lowering operating and maintenance costs.

On Sept. 14, Neolix announced plans for a European headquarters in Luxembourg. The company cited driver shortages and rising delivery demand and described the move as part of a shift toward commercial operations based in local markets.

In a June 29 announcement, Neolix said Malaysia’s Ministry of Transport had approved testing on public roads in Cyberjaya. At the time, the company planned trials with local partners during the second half of 2026 to examine parcel delivery, campus logistics and e-commerce fulfillment.
