Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are said to have engaged in a heated argument recently, and this has something to do with the former’s reunion with Alexander Skarsgard. The rift is now allegedly tearing the couple apart.
As per New Idea, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are celebrating their 14th year anniversary this week, but it seems that they will not be setting up a romantic date or anything because they are not good. Jealousy could be ruining their relationship right now as it was said that after the actress met her “Little Big Lies” co-star again, her husband has made a big deal out of it.
The reason for Keith’s fury
As to the reason why the country singer is mad over Nicole and Alexander’s reunion, the magazine points to the co-stars’ steamy scenes, which he doesn’t like. It was said that in the “Viking” movie that they are set to do, Keith Urban is very much against the intimate scenes that his wife would do with the 43-year-old Swedish actor.
New Idea further suggests that nothing can stop Nicole from doing the movie because she is determined to star in it and reunite with Skarsgard as originally planned. It was added that once the lockdown is lifted, she will fly to Northern Ireland to film the movie with the actor.
The outlet also mentioned the fact that Nicole Kidman kissed Alexander Skarsgard at the Emmys in 2017. It was said that the gesture was not acceptable for Keith Urban.
“Keith can’t believe nobody thinks there’s a problem with this,” a tipster allegedly told the magazine. “He was disturbed by that kiss and rightly so given that so were half the people in the room at the Emmys.”
Moreover, although his wife supposedly explained to him that the kiss was nothing, he is still angry because he believes otherwise. “Nicole assured him there was nothing to it, aside from a deep emotional bond that came with sharing such intense chemistry on-screen,” the so-called source stated. “She made all the right noises about understanding where Keith was coming from and promised never to behave like that again.”
The truth
This rumor about Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s supposed “fighting” is not new as there are a number of such stories going around. With the allegation, Gossip Cop wants to reveal the truth, so it contacted the actress’ rep to get some comments. The publication got the response of “there is no truth in this” from Kidman’s spokesperson.
