The new dishes go far for those who appreciate a little heat, offering unique and undeniable flavor profiles that allow guests to step beyond traditional comfort zones of taste. The South Asian-inspired Thai Green Curry with Shrimp pairs a sweet and spicy coconut green curry sauce, rice noodles, pineapple, broccoli, red onion, snap peas, lime, black sesame seeds and cilantro with sautéed shrimp. The authentic Mexican influence of the Pork or Chicken Adobo starts with a cavatappi noodle base and adds smoky adobo sauce, red onions, roasted mushrooms, olives, sour cream, lime and cilantro topped with slow-braised pork or grilled chicken.
“Authentic flavor is everything at Noodles & Company, and we’re confident our new chef-created dishes will provide our guests a flavor experience so bold that it will elicit a flavor adventure,” said Jonathan Tress, Vice President of Marketing at Noodles & Company. “Our menu takes guests near and far with something for everyone from the bold and spicy flavors found in our new Thai Green Curry with Shrimp and Pork or Chicken Adobo, to more familiar flavors like the ones found in our Wisconsin Mac and Cheese or our Pesto Cavatappi.”
Noodles & Company offers the world’s favorite noodle dishes, salads, soups and shareables, all in one restaurant. Each dish is carefully hand-made to guests’ specifications, using only the freshest ingredients, including 14 fresh vegetables that are prepped throughout the day along with other high-quality ingredients including cage-free eggs; organic milk and tofu; and naturally raised pork, bacon and meatballs.
