The Office for National Statistics (ONS) posted time-series tables for its September 2026 public sector finances bulletin on Oct. 21, 2026.
The tables cover public sector finances and other key fiscal aggregates. The ONS identifies the European System of Accounts 2010 as the framework used for the series.
The ONS classifies the figures as accredited official statistics. An independent assessment by the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR) concluded that the statistics satisfy the Code of Practice for Statistics’ requirements for trustworthiness, quality and value.
The next release is scheduled for Nov. 20, 2026.
