Gettysburg, PA, Nov. 07, 2017 -- OPEN MINDS announced that Credible Behavioral Health Inc. will be a platinum-level partner for the award-winning OPEN MINDS Executive Institute Series in 2018. The two organizations will also collaborate on a series of free strategic tools and resources for health and human service provider organizations.
“Over the next three years, the teams at Credible and OPEN MINDS will collaborate on a series of management tools aimed at increasing the competitive advantage of provider organizations. The changing health and human market – with increased competition, reimbursement volatility, and emerging technologies – presents a sustainability challenge for executive teams. Our collaboration will provide field-tested performance optimization tools for these executives,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss.
This enhanced relationship with Credible is part of the OPEN MINDS new partnership program set to launch in January, 2018.
“I’m thrilled that Matt Dorman and the team at Credible Behavioral Health will be working with us on this long-term initiative,” continued Ms. Oss. “They have supported our educational events and initiatives for over a decade. Their thought leadership in the field, continuous growth, and innovative culture made them an ideal candidate for this new program – and we’re thrilled to announce they’ve signed on to be a platinum institute partner for 2018.”
As a platinum institute partner, Credible Behavioral Health, Inc., will be a premier underwriting sponsor for all five of OPEN MINDS 2018 national executive institutes:
- The 2018 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute, February 15 – 16, 2018, Clearwater Beach, Florida (https://performance.openminds.com)
- The 2018 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute, June 5 – 6, 2018, New Orleans, Louisiana (https://strategy.openminds.com)
- The 2018 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices Institute, August 15-16, 2018, Long Beach, California (http://california.openminds.com)
- The 2018 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat, September 18-20, 2018, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania (http://leadership.openminds.com)
- The 2018 OPEN MINDS Technology & Informatics Institute, October 20-25, 2018, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (https://technology.openminds.com)
“The OPEN MINDS Executive Institute series deliver quality, no nonsense guidance and market intelligence at an affordable price and a very efficient format. Credible is excited to assist with this continued innovation driving further improvements in the quality of care, life, and management in Behavioral Health”, said Matthew M. Dorman, Co-Founder and CEO at Credible Behavioral Health Software.
As part of the collaborative partnership between OPEN MINDS and Credible Behavioral Health Inc., the two organizations will be releasing a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) Functionality Assessment Toolkit for provider organizations in the field. Available later this year through the OPEN MINDS website, the toolkit will feature a do-it-yourself (DIY) assessment tool that will help executive teams (1) identify what electronic health record system functionality is needed for their organization’s service areas, billing needs, and future strategy, and (2) assess their current EHR system’s functionality against the identified needs — identifying weakness areas that could be preventing optimal performance.
The two organizations will also be releasing the results of a national survey on how behavioral health and human services organizations have adopted EHR systems and technology at the upcoming 2017 OPEN MINDS Technology & Informatics Institute. The survey, which will benchmark EHR adoption, also assesses how well technology meets the demands and requirements of organizations during a time of significant change in the industry.
“The results are expected to illuminate the challenges faced by companies as they implement critical EHR solutions, while also identifying what new technologies and systems are needed to meet the demands of consumer engagement, care coordination, and population health management in the current and future value-based environment”, said OPEN MINDS Senior Associate, Vendor Relations, Jim Gargiulo.
