The net balance compares transfers leaving and entering Binance; it does not show the total amount of USDT sent out.
A separate 100 million Tether USDt (USDT) transfer was recorded on Nov. 2. The two movements do not establish Binance’s net flows.
A 24-hour tally put Tether USD (USDT) transfers at $19.4 billion, within recent daily readings of $13 billion to $27 billion.
